Return and Exchange Policy (Online and In-Store)
At Alameen Computers, we aim to ensure that your shopping experience is as convenient and satisfying as possible. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Eligibility for Return and Exchange
- Condition of Product: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and any free products or promotional vouchers included.
- Proof of Purchase: Please present the original sales invoice. If the invoice is lost, the order number or the mobile number used during the purchase will suffice.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Products
- Opened or used products, including accessories, personal care items, hygiene products, customized products, cut cables, fragrance, perfumes, cosmetics, and personalized items.
- Products that are damaged, scratched, or have missing parts.
- Software, activation codes, or warranty registrations that have been redeemed or activated.
- Open box items will incur a restocking fee of at least 30% if not defective.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products
- If the product is defective or does not function according to the manual, it must be verified by the manufacturer’s authorized service center.
- The exchange or return process can take up to 4 business days depending on the technician’s report.
- Customers are responsible for returning the product with all original accessories; otherwise, the product will be repaired under warranty.
Refund Process
- Credit/Debit Card Purchases: Refunds will be credited to the same card used for purchase.
- Gift Card or Points Purchases: Refunds will be issued in the form of an Alameen Computers Gift Card.
- Non-Refundable Fees: Delivery, installation, and service charges are non-refundable once the service has been acknowledged by the customer.
Return for Online Orders
- Before finalizing your online purchase, please verify the product, price, delivery address, and payment method to avoid errors or delays.

Warranty Terms and Conditions
Warranty Coverage
- Manufacturer’s Warranty: All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty for repairs or replacements, as per the terms provided by the manufacturer. The warranty period begins on the purchase date.
- Excluded Items: Accessories, batteries, printer heads, cosmetics, stationery, and other consumable goods are not covered under warranty.
Invalid Warranty Claims
- Warranty will be invalid if the product has been tampered with, physically damaged, subjected to liquid damage, or opened by unauthorized service centres.
Warranty Process
- Customers must ensure that device locks such as iCloud, Find My iPhone, and Find My Device are deactivated before submitting a product for service.
- Products will be inspected by the authorized service centre and the decision for repair or replacement will be based on their findings.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- Inspection at Delivery: Please inspect the product at the time of delivery and before signing the Proof of Delivery (POD). Any damage or issues reported after signing the POD will not qualify for a return or exchange.
- Home Delivery: Products must be collected from the store within 3 days of the invoice date. After this period, a 5% rental fee will be charged for each month the product remains uncollected.
- Extended Warranty/Damage Protection Plans: These are non-refundable once the product is returned, and are not applicable to accessories or consumable items.
Final Decision
- The Store Management holds the final decision on any return or exchange claim, following the outlined policies and guidelines.
