USER AGREEMENT

We also do not guarantee that the operation of the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Alameen Computers assumes no liability for any monetary or other damages suffered by you, including any delay, failure, or corruption of data during your use of the Site.
  • Your liability against Alameen Computers is limited to the value of the product(s) ordered. We are not responsible for issues arising from a failure to provide services, interruptions, or any other actions arising out of this agreement.

SITE SECURITY

You are prohibited from attempting to violate or breach the security of the Site, including but not limited to:

• • Unauthorized access to data or accounts.
  • Probing, scanning, or testing the vulnerability of the system.
  • Interfering with the Site’s operations or any other user, including actions like submitting viruses or flooding the Site with excessive traffic.

Any violation may result in civil or criminal liability, and we will cooperate with law enforcement authorities to prosecute offenders.

ACCURACY AND CURRENCY

COUNTRY OF MERCHANT DOMICILE

Alameen Computers is a limited liability company registered in Muscat Oman. Transactions will be processed in the OMR  Currency , and if payment is made via an international credit card, exchange rate fluctuations may apply, resulting in a difference in the final charge on your statement.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Alameen Computers regarding your use of the Site and supersedes any prior agreements, communications, or representations. If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to match the original intent as closely as possible, with the remainder of the agreement remaining in effect.

DELAYS AND HOLDING OF ORDERS

Orders may be delayed if incorrect or incomplete information is provided. In cases of suspected fraudulent transactions or authentication issues raised by payment processors, orders may be placed on hold.
